A biggish bit of butter for frying 3 cloves garlic 3 medium potatoes black pepper Spash of white wine 500ml-1L premade stock. 150ml cream.<br \/>\nFry the leeks and garlic gently in the butter. Throw in potatoes, stock, wine and pepper. Simmer until potato is quite soft. Blend until smooth.
