I caught up with lots of friends, ate amazing food, danced .. and of had the honour of signing an important bit of paper.  It was cool!  Thanks guys &#8230; you are awesome.<\/p>\n<p>Jan and I took a few photos of the day but since I&#8217;m not sure who wants their face appearing on this blog I&#8217;ve put them up as a private picasa album. That was a really perfect antidote to an english &#8220;summer&#8221;.  It was properly hot with crystal clear waters for snorkelling, lots of nice shady trees .. excellent company and of course .. nice italian food.  <\/p>\n<p>We were away for about a week .. but in that time our allotment went crazy.  When we got back it was all we could do to harvest, harvest harvest.
