It took many hours of standing around   to stake out a good spot but in the end we were rewarded with awesome   close up views of the riders zooming round a corner near Buckingham   palace.  While we waited for the riders Jan went off to visit Cath B   but was back in time for the action. Meanwhile I snapped a few pics   of the atmospheric build-up.<\/p>\n<p>Some kind of royal stuff.
