Leek and Potato

Ingredients:
4 Medium sized leeks chopped and rinsed. A biggish bit of butter for frying 3 cloves garlic 3 medium potatoes black pepper Spash of white wine 500ml-1L premade stock. 150ml cream.
Fry the leeks and garlic gently in the butter. Throw in potatoes, stock, wine and pepper. Simmer until potato is quite soft. Blend until smooth. Stir in cream.
… eat it all up!
